Choose a task for today's focus session:
Connect your Google Calendar to auto-import events into Flow. You'll need to enter your Google Client ID from the Google Cloud Console.
Switch between Week, Day, and Month views using the toggle at the top. Week view shows your full calendar grid — Day view focuses on a single day with a task queue panel on the right.
Click any empty time slot in the calendar to create a task there. You can also use the + Add Task button in the header. Drag tasks to reschedule them. Right-click any task for edit, delete, and timer options.
Create color-coded tags in the sidebar to categorize your tasks. Assign tags when creating or editing a task. Tags show up in all views and are used in your Recap stats.
Right-click any task and choose Focus with Timer to start a Pomodoro session. The timer runs in a floating panel. Configure focus/break lengths in Settings → Pomodoro.
Click Recap in the sidebar to view weekly and monthly stats: time by tag, completion heatmap, and productivity trends.
Use the Integrations button in the sidebar to connect Google Calendar. Once connected, your calendar events will auto-populate into Flow.
Press ? or click Shortcuts in the sidebar to see all keyboard shortcuts. You can rebind any key by clicking the pencil icon next to it.
Open Settings to change your color theme (16 options), adjust day start/end times, configure the Pomodoro timer, and toggle sound effects and notifications.
